Virtual and phone consultations are perfect for busy homeowners, they are quicker, more convenient and you still get the same expert advice without the pressure of a home visit. Plus, they help save time and reduce emissions. It’s the fastest way to start designing your new custom closet!
During your consultation, you can expect a relaxed, no-pressure conversation focused on understanding your storage space, budget and organization goals. Your designer will create a detailed 3D design using our professional design software, giving you a clear visual of your custom closet layout before anything goes into production. It’s the easiest way to explore options, make adjustments and feel confident that your new storage solution will fit your style and your day-to-day life.
We offer a wide selection of finishes, including classic white, woodgrains and premium solid colours along with a variety of hardware and accessory options.
Most installations are completed in a single day. Larger or more complex projects may take two days.
Before installation:
Please empty your closet and remove your existing system, patching and painting any holes as needed.
In most cases, we can design around your existing baseboards and doors, so removing them is usually not necessary.
On installation day:
Please leave enough space around the closet for our installers to work comfortably. If possible, please ensure there’s a parking space so we can make any necessary adjustments outside your home. We also ask that pets are kept in a secure room or area during the installation to keep them safe and let our team work efficiently.
Once installation is complete, our team cleans up thoroughly and will walk through the finished space with you to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
We stand by our work. All of our laminate products, melamine cabinetry and installation workmanship are backed by a lifetime warranty. If a defect occurs, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost. Our warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our material and craftsmanship. It is also transferable one time to a subsequent homeowner, adding long term value and peace of mind.

We had Terry and Alex bring a bedroom set. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Runners are layed out to protect the floor and all furniture is wrapped to ensure no scratches. I will be referring this company to family and friends.
George and Max were very professional and efficient. They took great care with wrapping items with padding or clear wrap. Elevators, traffic and the weather worked against us, but they persevered and finished the move with equanimity. And helped with the initial set up in my new apartment. Highly recommend High Level!

My experience with high level movers started on a positive note – scheduling went smoothly, and they called me to confirm the appointment the day before the move, which was great as I had been meaning to call them later in the day myself.
The movers, George and Tom, were great! They were always polite and considerate, wrapped every piece of furniture, and had great communication asking me where to put things that I didn’t get a chance to label. They worked really hard and nonstop to get my move done in 6 hours, which ended up being less than expected considering the great care taken to preserve my furniture.
I would highly recommend them!
